Here is a menu I designed for my computerized page make-up class for a restaurant called The Garlic located in Florida. This piece is 7in x 9.5in. This was mostly done in Adobe Indesign as well as Adobe Photoshop.
Here is a design piece I did for a company close to home called Almost Heaven Ice Cream. I redesigned their logo. Then I made stationery pieces such as a letterhead (5.5” x 8.5”), business card (1.75” x 3.5”), and envelope (4.75” x 9.5”). With those pieces, I was able to create a standard manual (7.5” x 6”), and then for fun, I made a cute little design for an Ice cream cone wrapper (4.5”, .98” radius)! These designs were mostly done in Adobe InDesign as well as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. (Stationery and Cone Wrapper are below.)
Here is a magazine I did a while back in my Design 2 class! I’m really proud of it. Growing up, I always wanted to design magazines since I am really into fashion and being up to date with the media. I discovered a really talented photographer on instagram by the name of Lou Escobar, and decided to feature her work in my magazine spread (5 page spread, 8.5” x 11”). Inspired by Vogue, this was all done in Adobe Illustrator as well as Adobe Photoshop.
This next campaign is made of 2 postcards and B2C advertisements. I did this for my classes awhile back. I used Pag’s Excavating which is my father’s business located in Alliance, Ohio. It was very special for me being able to use a business owned by one of my biggest role models for school projects. I am very proud of how these turned out. The Postcards are 7”x5” and 8.5”x6” and the B2C ads are 11”x8.5”, both were done in Adobe InDesign as well as Adobe Photoshop. (Second postcard and advertisement are below.)
This design piece is a Tradeshow Display I did for my Digital Imaging class. I used a small makeup brand named Glossier. This was really fun to create. I used Glossier’s signature color which is light pink, and I added paint splatters to add a glitter affect around their logo at the top. I admire this brand’s aesthetic so it was very fun for me to create. I included the makeup to appear like it sitting on a shelf because Glossier promises in creating makeup worthy of your bathroom shelf! This was all done in Adobe Photoshop (7200px x 7200px).
This Campaign is for a pizza company named Al and Dave’s Pizza in Alliance, Ohio. I was able to create and design this campaign this past week to add to my portfolio. I enjoyed creating these pieces and had a lot of fun experimenting with new styles. I used red, black, and white for my pieces for the main colors because that’s the colors used on their website to keep it on-brand. I created the pizza slice and updated the logo in a similar style, but with more detail which you’ll see on the pizza box top. The flyer I created in Adobe Photoshop as well as an illustrator(8.5” x 11”). The menu I did in Adobe InDesign(8.5”x 11”). The Pizza box I made in Adobe Illustrator. check out the rest of the campaign beow!
St. Augustine is one of my favorite places to visit in Florida. It's known as the oldest city in the U.S., each year they hold events around Christmas time featuring their famous Ripley's red trains for tours. The tour is called the Nights of Lights tour where they decorate the city in thousands of Christmas lights. In the design, the background of the poster is dark to fit the night theme and the headings and body are bright to represent the lights. Since they are famous for their red trains I also included that as well which has an older feel to the design which fits in with the old city. This was made in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
I created this campaign for a class using a thrift store located in Alliance, Ohio named Trend Again Consignments. When I was looking into their business I saw they did not have a clean logo so the first thing I did was create a logo which you can see on the shopping bag, sticker, and on the top of the flyer. I thought adding a hanger to their logo would help mesh it together as well as give people an idea of what their company is about at first glance. I included purple which is the color they have on their website, I then added gold and a light purple to complete the color scheme. I had a lot of fun creating this campaign and all the little illustrations. I used Adobe Illustrator to create the shopping bag and sticker designs. The flyer I created in Adobe Photoshop (8.5” x 11”). See the rest of the designs below!
